Do you supply alcohol?
Marigolds Mobile Bar is a dry hire mobile bartending service. This means we can provide everything except the alcohol, we can mix/serve the drinks of your choice to your guests.
We can also help you calculate the amount you'll need based on your guests preferences and event size and provide you with a recommended shopping list. The advantage of this arrangement is that you'll save money sourcing your own alcohol, get to choose your favorite brands and get to keep the alcohol that's leftover. Bonus!
Do you provide a non-alcoholic service?
Of course! We love a good mocktail and can convert most of our drink recipes into non-alcoholic versions. There are also some great tasting non-alcoholic beer and spirits produced these days for some fun alternatives.
What type of events do you serve?
We are perfect for weddings, engagements, quinceaneras, birthdays, baby showers, reunions, graduations, anniversaries, holiday parties, retirements, family reunions, corporate events, product launches, photo shoots and more. The options are endless!
Where are you located and how far are you willing to travel?
We new located in Pasco, Washington and currently operate within a 30 mile radius of zip code 99301. Travel beyond this radius is charged at $1.50 per mile.
Yes, all our bartenders are MAST certified and safety trained. They are also fun and extremely personable!
Are your bartenders licensed?
Absolutely! We enjoy customizing our bars to seamlessly fit the theme of every event, making it a seamless design,
Can we use our own staginf decorations?
Currently we can serve a party between 20-400 guest. Events between 50-120 guest require 2+ bartenders. Events between 120-300 guests require 3-4+ bartenders. Events with 300+ guest require multiple bar rentals and bartenders.
*In April 2027 we will be able to serve events of 300+ guest with the rental of our largest bar.
what size of events can you handle?
We require a $500 deposit to reserve your event date, this deposit will go towards the remaining balance of your service. 50% of remaining deposit is due at the end of your tasting experience. The contract balance is due 14 days before your event date and is non-refundable.
What is your payment and refund policy?
Yes, we carry liquor and general liability insurance.
Are you insured?
Our bars require a flat ground for set up and service. most of our bars are 6ft long, 3ft wide however we will need more space depending on the size of the event for backdrop, tables and ice coolers.
